Designing great project teams to deliver successful product + service user experiences
Description
Different project roles and skills are required to design great user experiences (UX). But often the roles like the business, design, tech and marketing do not communicate or are in conflict on what they need to deliver. Project teams often don’t know the product story they are delivering on and are not sure on the elements needed to ensure everyone is on the same page and value it will have on both the business and the customers.
So what does it take to design a project team to create successful UX?
Dan Szuc will outline 10 elements needed to ensure that the project team is collecting the necessary elements from both the business and the customers and that these elements are reflected in a place where a) everyone on the project team can understand the elements and b) so everyone on the project team understands how all the elements fit together to help know the story of the products and services they are delivering on.
This helps create a customer centric culture and give a greater chance of designing meaningful, useful and valuable products and services towards profit all around.
